1. About Kambia

Kambia is a payment infrastructure for debt recovery through direct debit, in two modes: one-time debit (a single collection in one transaction) and recurring debit (automated collections from accounts at multiple banks). We also offer Payout, a complementary product for fast transfers to the leading banks and institutions, with a customized voucher. Direct debit collections are carried out with the debtor’s prior authorization.

2. Use of the site

The content and tools on this site are intended exclusively for informational and commercial purposes.

The user agrees to:

• Not use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or in any way that affects its operation.
• Provide truthful, up-to-date information when contacting us or requesting services.

Kambia reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design, logos, text, graphics and software on this site are the property of Kambia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, reproducing or distributing them without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Third-party services

Kambia uses integrations with third-party services, including the APIs and services of Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp), to facilitate business communication. The use of these external integrations is subject to each provider’s terms and policies.
